Run the plant for the bill.
Not the design day.

LIVE·0.66 kW/TR · COP 5.4 · 320 free-cool hrs YTD

Adaptive CHW + CDW reset, free-cooling hand-off, pump and tower sequencing, AHU + VAV supervisory control. Closes the loop on the entire plant, all the way down to the FCU thermostat — and runs the equipment you already own at 15–25% lower kW/TR.

§01 — What this is

Most chiller plants are sized for the design day and run there forever. Ours runs for today's weather.

01

Adaptive · not fixed

CHW supply, CDW supply, tower-fan speed, pump-VFD setpoints — all reset against today's wet-bulb and today's load. Finds the daily plant minimum kW/TR; doesn't sit at the design-day number forever.

02

Whole-plant supervisory

Chillers, pumps, tower, AHUs, VAVs and FCUs sequenced as one system. Lead/lag/standby on runtime balance, trim-and-respond on the AHU header, demand-control on every zone.

03

Free-cooling — armed

Waterside hand-off when CDW return < CHW return + Δ. Airside enthalpy on every AHU. Most buildings have 200–400 free-cooling hours a year hiding from their BMS. Ours catches them.

§01 — Complete stack

End-to-end. Not just a device.

A solution is hardware in the field plus the infrastructure that makes the data useful — secure ingestion, a dashboard your team actually opens, and APIs to whatever runs your business.

§03 — What it controls

Eight control loops. One stack.

Pick a row — see how the loop closes.

Adaptive CHW + CDW reset

Closes the loop on CHW supply, CDW supply, approach temperature and tower fan speed. Adaptive reset finds the plant minimum kW/TR for the day's wet-bulb — 15–25% saving on legacy plants without changing equipment.

§04 — Why not just a BMS

A BMS reports the plant. Ours runs it.

Most BMSs sit on top of the chillers' factory controllers, scrape values into a database and trend them on a screen. They schedule, they alarm, and that's about it. The cost reduction comes from closing the loops the factory controller can't see — across chillers, towers, pumps and air-side at the same time.

§04 — Security & infrastructure

Built for plant & campus IT.

Industrial sites have non-negotiables — segmentation, audit trails, and the ability to run when the WAN drops. We design for that on day one.

Transport
TLS 1.3 device → cloud. Mutual auth via X.509 or pre-shared keys. LoRaWAN 1.0.4 / NB-IoT carrier-grade encryption end-to-end.
Identity
Per-device certificates, automated rotation. RBAC + SSO (SAML / OIDC). Audit log of every operator action.
Data
AES-256 at rest. Tenant isolation at row + schema level. Configurable retention, GDPR / DPDP-aware exports and deletes.
OTA & ops
Signed firmware, staged rollouts, rollback. 24×7 monitoring, on-call, runbooks. SLA up to 99.95%.
Deploy
Sensoverse Cloud (default), private VPC, on-prem (air-gapped), or hybrid. Mumbai & Dubai regions.
Compliance
ISO 27001 controls, SOC 2 Type II in progress. Vendor / penetration test reports under NDA.
