VECV's Pithampur plant needed a single operational picture for energy, process water, and rotating assets — without pausing production for a greenfield network.
We surveyed the MCC rooms, water loops, and critical motors; specified a mix of Modbus, LoRaWAN, and MQTT; and commissioned 1,240 nodes over a staged eighteen-month programme.
The result is a live operations layer with 99.7% uplink uptime and a measured 30% reduction in process-water losses from leak and night-flow detection. Plant teams open it because the numbers match the floor.
