The Moreira campus was running chillers on schedule and instinct. Approach temperatures, kW/ton, and AHU setpoints lived in a BMS that nobody trusted.
We instrumented chillers, pumps, and AHUs with Modbus and BACnet gateways, built weather-aware energy baselines, and put alarms on the handful of points that actually predict a bad day.
Facilities now run the plant against a baseline, not a calendar. The same pattern now ships as our HVAC monitoring kit.
