Autonomous mobile robot · line feeding
AMR-500

Keeps the assembly line fed, 500 kg at a time.

AMR-500 carries kitted parts from the store to the line, collects finished work from the machines and returns to its charger on its own. Two safety scanners watch all round the robot, so it slows and stops before it reaches a person.

Pick a step to jump to it. The loop repeats on its own.

Product finish

Built and finished like industrial equipment

Rendered with the materials and finishes it is built with. Drag to turn it, or pick a view.

Inside the robot

Five systems in a body 286 mm tall

Pick a system to pull it out of the body and see what it does.

Top modules

One robot base, six different jobs

Every top module bolts to the same M8 grid on the deck and takes power and signals through the deck cable port. One robot can be refitted for a new job in a shift, without changing the base.

How it finds its way

Navigation decides the route. Safety can always stop it.

The navigation computer plans and drives. A separate safety channel watches the scanners, bumpers and e-stops and can cut motor torque on its own, whatever the computer is doing.
